(The Georgia Watercolor Society is a very troubled organization with bad or non-existent leadership, and I would not recommend that anyone be a part of it. I have resigned my membership as of 2021. They do not enforce their own rules on other members for plagiarism in their art competitions, and there is quite a bit of it. Their prospectus for all juried exhibits states that no plagiarism or copying is allowed, but some award winners have been proven to copy other artist’s artwork with their “winning” artwork. This is not acceptable in any art organization that I know of and I will no longer be part of it.)
