Mayan Mysteries II is a colorful watercolor on paper, a re-creation of a series of temples at the Mayan ruins of Tulum, or any Mayan site in Mexico. It is not an accurate depiction of the buildings at Tulum but more a “vibe” of the place. I’ve visited over a dozen Mayan ruins sites and want to give a sense of the ancient otherworldly sense of those places. They are such fascinating places to see.
This watercolor painting is real paint and ink on paper and the size is 12″ x 16″.
