Maelstrom is an original painting done in acrylic on canvas, very colorful and high energy. Artist Statement: It is inspired by my love of astronomy and science. I intended it as an abstract view of the early galaxy and the chaos of modern life. It also indicates how much is out of our control. Most people are not powerful individuals, no matter how hard we try, due to the enormity of the universe and how little we matter in the Big Picture. This painting is ready for hanging in a narrow black wooden frame. The size is 36″ x 24″ x 1.25″ deep with frame.
