The amazingly-named Sautee Nacoochee cultural center is hosting the Georgia Watercolor Society juried member show, now through November 18th. The juror was the abstract watercolor artist Carol Frye. She gave members a demonstration of her techniques before the reception that was on October 14th at the center. Sautee Nacoochee is about 4 miles south of Helen (windmill pictured above), that interesting and strange little alpine-themed city in north Georgia that tourists love.
