‘Blue With You’ is a large acrylic painting, on the borderline between abstract, fantasy and reality. It is done in high contrast to emphasize shadows and mystery. Scenes like these are often what my dreams are like. I have been doing a variation of night sky and river scene for several years. It seems to be a place in my imagination that I’m comfortable with, and I love all things moonlit, and all things blue. Other colors prominent in this painting are deep purple and dark green, along with the shimmery gold of the highlights.
The size is 30″ x 40″ x 1.5″ and it is varnished and sealed with finished edges. It is ready to hang as is.
