Description
Apologies to the Bear is an acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas. A lone polar bear appears lost as she wanders through a colorful field of tall grass in a warming climate. She is clearly not where she is supposed to be, or maybe her environment is what is lost. Some day this is what the Arctic might look like and then we really will be apologizing to the polar bears.
This painting is part of my ongoing environmental art series.
The painting is 18″ x 24″ x 1.5″ deep and the edges are painted. Only professional quality materials are used in my original art.
